  • In the event of default of payment, we reserve the right to collect our skips from your site empty – the waste will be left at your site

Site Access, placement, movement of skips and collection:
  • Access to sites must be clear and unimpeded (eg, vehicles/fencing must not block access to where skip is to be placed)
  • Access to our skips once on your site must be clear and unimpeded, ie: no rubbish in front of, around or overloaded on the skip itself
  • Once placed, our skips are not to be moved by you, or people employed by you, or anyone else working at the site, either by hand or by machine (eg, forklift, bobcat etc). This may result in damage to the skip which you will be held liable for
    • Skips moved to underneath scaffolding, carports etc may not be able to be picked up without causing damage due to skips being dragged out, or damage from the lifting booms on our trucks
  • The skip must only be placed where it is safe to do so, without blocking other people’s property or pedestrian throughfare
  • Skips cannot be placed on the road, or on the shoulder of the road under any circumstances
  • We will not be held liable for any damage by truck tyres (upon either delivery or collection) should you instruct our driver to place the skip in an area that requires the truck to drive over surfaces where damage may occur (including, but not limited to: footpaths, driveways, lawns, in-ground boxes etc)
  • You may be asked to sign a liability/damages waiver if you want your skip placed in an area not recommended by our drivers
  • Skips for collection must not be overloaded – ie, waste placed within the skips should not be stacked over the height of the bin, no debris should be hanging from the sides of the skip, etc
  • If a skip is found to be overloaded when due for collection, the driver can refuse to transport the overloaded skip. If this occurs:
    • The excess waste must be removed by you before the skip is deemed safe for transport
    • The excess waste will be “tipped off” the skip before being deemed safe for transport
    • Another skip will be provided, at your expense, for you to offload excess waste into

  • We may, at our discretion, choose to waive any back-charges for overweight skips
  • If our skips are damaged by you, your employees, or representative whilst on your site, we reserve the right to charge you for the cost of repairs and/or replacement of the skip
  • If a concrete/brick/tile/recyclable skip is ordered, and is found to have general waste in the skip, we will back-charge the skip to the rate for General Waste
  • Cancellation fees may be payable if you cancel your skip after we’ve dispatched it to a driver
